Grounded Gatherings offers the space, the community and the culture to support and encourage you in this endeavor.
Join us in our free monthly Gatherings where we get together to acknowledge and celebrate ourselves and life! These are community bonding gatherings, so feel free to bring friends along.
Awareness gatherings
This is our once a month gathering where we hold talks and open discussions on topics about wellbeing and life. The idea is to create awareness and support in order to understand and empower ourselves.


Movie night
Storytelling has always been a very powerful medium of teaching and learning. We often learn much when we hear or see a heart touching story. In our monthly Movie nights we screen spiritual or thought provoking cinemas and documentaries, which are open to be followed by healthy discussions.
Book club
Reading expands your horizons and book clubs help to do this at an even greater level, with the in-depth discussions and assimilations of different viewpoints all contributing to increasing your knowledge and appreciation of the world around you.
It’s an excellent way encourage you to read more, or to read books that you might not normally choose.
Grounded Gatherings monthly Book club is a lively gathering where people meet to share and discuss books. It is also a great platform to have fun, make friends, stimulate the brain cells and meet like-minded people!


Mindful group meditations
Everything is better when shared—including meditation.
Just like music, meditation can be enjoyed on its own or with others who dance to the same beat. You can feel a real connection with others by tapping into the same silence and source of peace at the same time. In fact, we can literally meet people on the same wavelength: recorded EEG results show that brainwaves synchronize while meditating.
We get together for our Mindful group meditations at our studio once in every month to share the joy of meditation and to enjoy the blissful experience of meditating for a common intention.
Mind-full moon nights
The full moon is a time of positive opportunity. It pours down a tremendous amount of energy, and one must be in a calm state of mind to receive a positive effect. It is a time when whatever is going on in your body, mind and spirit will be amplified. Therefore, it is also the perfect time to do your manifestation techniques. The energy is very powerful so it’s important to direct it with positive intention.
Full moon is a great time to connect with like minded people and experience group meditations. Join us in our Mind-full moon nights at out studio to experience the powerful energy of a full moon meditation.
